Roughly 45,000 square feet of the Plant is being developed for environmentally friendly food production. If you are interested in locating your business in a dynamic, sustainable environment, spaces can be made available between 600 and 3,000 s.f. When completed, we will offer:

• Vapor-tight fixtures
• 6,000 lbs. capacity freight elevators
• 14 foot ceilings
• 480 volt, three phase service
• Full ADA compliance
• Truck height loading docks
• Sustainable renovation for green manufacturing
• Access to green roof, shared kitchen and eating area

Please note: Our shared kitchen will not be constructed until at least 2013. We wish it were sooner, and we’re working as quickly as we can, but rehabbing a building takes a long time! Learn more about the shared kitchen here.
